1. How can you ensure the quality of your  products ?

 

we are factory more than 10 years experience of prodution of hydraulic parts .

with skillful workers and accurate CNC lathe to assure the quality ,

During the production, we have professional QC staffs control the quality .We can send material report and quality report with delivery.

 

2. Do you offer OEM service and can you produce  as our drawings?

 

Yes. We offer OEM service. We accept custom design and we have a professional design team who can meet client's requirements.  according to custermer samples or drawings. 

 

3. what is the package ? Can we design the  packaging?

 

As usual ,we put goods into plastic bag , then intoi carton ,final into wooden case or palltet . each carton with label on it to show weight /code numer /qty/ 

 

Yes, we can make colorful carton as customer design if must require ,but extra cost .

 

 

4.  Do you offer  free samples?

 

As usual for standard products , We can provide  free samples 1 pcs of each size. and buyer should pay for the freight. After you place an order, we will give back the freight.

 

for Non-standard design samples, the cost we can discuss .

 

5.  What's your delivery time for my orders?

 

it is according order quantity , if small order have stock items ,7-15 days can send ,

 

if lot quantity ,too much various size 30-60 days to delivery .
